The results of this survey will be used to help the NYCLU advocate on behalf of students, teachers and families during this public health crisis. Student Government here wishing you all the best of health and hoping you are all staying fairly sane during this crazy time. Sadly, because we will no longer be returning to the school building this year, Mental Health Day 2020 on May 6th is canceled this year. :( But never fear because we have other fun plans in store! We will be planning engaging and (sometimes) educational virtual workshops for you all to enjoy. The first starts this week!! Our first workshop is… Nail Art with Sophie Levit Description: Let’s get together to paint our nails and try some easy designs on our nails using common household items! This is an activity for everyone!! See below for more specific details. Date/time: Friday, April 24th from 4:00-5:00 pm Materials needed to participate: -at least 1 color of nail polish -toothpicks, q-tips, bobby pin, or old pens/pencils (not all of these are required, just one or 2) -nail polish remover (not essential, but recommended) -base coat + topcoat / clear nail polish (optional) -any other nail art tools you may have (optional) -(if you don’t have any of these you are welcome to spectate and chat with us regardless!)
